Horrendous. – This is absolutely THE WORST customer service I have EVER experienced. In every interaction (besides, of course, when I initially signed up and gave them my money) I have been treated like I was a burden and spoken to with disdain. As a paying, honest, and rule-abiding customer, I expected a much different experience than the condescending relationship I found.
