Great experience! Food was great and the service was excellent. Highly recommend checking them out!
Went through the drive through and never got my debit card back, claimed they didnt have it. Cameras weren't checked, no effort was shown despite it being the very last location it was pulled out of the wallet. We discovered it missing only moments leaving the drive through and we even went back through and looked on the ground.
Servers are always great, but the last few years. Their salsa has just dropped like a rock. I think they jus drop a can of chillies pepper in their salsa. Its all you taste. Salsa makes or breaks Mexican restaurants. Unfortunately theirs is horrible now. I like fire. But this is like taking a spoonful of black pepper. No flavor, just nasty flavored heat. Food it alright. They must have changed owners and recipes or something. Its unfortunate
I still love this good ol' faithful place! better than the new chepos !!! I think Hacienda's food is better then there's now, too. Used to be almost the same. Not anymore, tho!! Atmosphere is clean, cozy, quiet and employees are professional. They're always there willing to meet your every need.
