Back in the sixties and seventies, this place wasn't bad at all , then the scum of the earth started moving in and schtunk up the joint! Some people just don't respect their surroundings enough to want to keep them looking nice!

These are the most disgusting apartments to live in. The worst possible living and health conditions. They are infested with cockroaches; you could feel them crawling on you at night, all over your clothes, food, and even in your electronics. My sister in law was forced to move out a few days ago after 7 years of living there. (She kept her apartment clean and used a lot of roach killing products but personally i dont know how or why she lived there that long.)
