Terrible service. The put me in the vac line and when I got there they wandered off. Cars that came well after me we're getting done. Never will come here again

Went this morning and it was horrible experience. First the lady outside was on her cell phone for couple minutes before she noticed us. Came over and all she said was I didn't see you. Then go inside and same thing. The lady was in the back room messing with her phone and I waited at least 5 minutes at the desk for her to come up there and ring me up. Then it took almost hour and half before my car was ready. They did a good job but I can get just as good detail at old place and car is ready in 30 min.
So incredibly pleased with the car care I received today!! The team went above and beyond to make sure my car looked fantastic. Thanks Hacienda!!!
Great service.....never disappointed at the Hacienda car wash.
Today I got my car washed and the inside cleaned really well.. The lady at the ticket counter was very helpful at helping pick what I needed without getting over charged.. Will be going back!!
I haven't gone anywhere else for a car wash. But twice now when I get to the counter to pay, the lady tells me when she pulls my ticket up it says, "Get them out fast!" As someone who has spent a lot of money there, this is total offense to me! I've never been anything but a loyal customer. I will try one more time and if it happens again, I will take my business elsewhere. Thanks!
