RecommendedWhen I had a bad truck accident I contacted them , they came to my home and started my case. Any time that I had any questions they were there to answer them. Always concerned about me and how I was doing. They are the best and I would certainly recommend them to any one who needs a Law office who cares about the people they are representing. Thank You to all the staff in the Kenosha office.
Be careful. Just because they take your case doesn’t mean they will actually fight for it. Mine they sat on for a year and sent me a letter via the mail letting me know they were no longer helping me. Horrible company, the least they could do is call. And after Cynthia Wagner, “apologized” via email, agent being as cold as she could on the phone, for the abrupt manner in which they dropped my case. No phone call. Extremely impersonal.
RecommendedBreanne Snapp and Jason Knutson worked on my unpaid overtime case for over 4 years, starting as a class-action suit and then in individual arbitration. Breanne, who was my primary point of contact, was incredibly organized, responsive, and patient. Jason was an incredible advocate during my hearing.
