A beautiful environment to come and seek medical care. Everyone is so pleasant to deal with and you can tell they really care about their patients. The excellent coffee is a plus!
It just gets better snd better. 🤓
The pilates classes here are small , only like 6 people in the class which means that the teacher is attentive, and I always feel I can ask for clarification on movements to ensure I'm doing it correctly. I really like the down to earth vibe here. The focus is more on strength, and maintaining healthy bone and muscles, rather than just getting toned and looking hot. It's refreshing and feels inclusive to all ages, abilities and body types. Luke and Mackenzie always make me feel welcome here which is why I keep coming back :)
