Great service and very friendly staff! Came in to get myotherapy on my back after a bout of acute pain from pulling my back and feel 100% better after just 2 sessions with Codie. Myotherapist Codie Decaux is incredible. Having a therapist helping repair and build the entire body rather than a single injury is refreshing. After multiple injuries from marathons and triathlons I’ve finally started to build the body strength and fitness needed to cope with heavy training because of Codie. Do yourself a favour, if you are looking for someone who truely cares about overall body care go see Codie!
Anita from Soaq Acupuncture is so knowledgeable and fixed my sciatica in two sessions. I can’t recommend her enough. Habitual health is a really beautiful space and all the staff are so friendly.
