I don’t usually write reviews but habitate is the best rental company i have had in the 20+ years I have lived in Portland. I just got lucky enough to happen to rent a house they manage. I have lived in this house for about six years and they kindly take care of house issues and are a sweet family run business.
We were tenants that heard next to nothing for 9 months from them. When our landlord sold the house in the middle of our occupancy we heard nothing from them. When we found out that the money for trash service hadn't gone to trash service for over 5 months they just let us know that since we were no longer paying rent to them that it wasn't their problem.

Absolutely stunning; exceeded my expectations and was a huge relief. Our place really needed a deep clean for a family friend to move-in and Habitate cleaning crew left no corner unturned. The cleaning was spotless and we didn't hand it over in quite the condition we were hoping so they really took the reigns. Thanks for breathing new life into all the hard to reach surfaces and rooms. IF I COULD GIVE MORE STARS AND SMILEY FACES I WOULD :) :) ************ :) :)
