Renters and homeowners avoid this company. My wife and I leased a townhome managed by Habitat Resource Properties, and problems began immediately. The unit was filthy at move-in despite being told it was cleaned: urine under toilet seats, sticky cabinets, food stains in the fridge, and dirty carpets. We spent two full days cleaning. Beware of this agency and stay away from working with *************************** and *****. They were nice at fist while renting the place to us, but when it came to moving out they were dishonest. We had a rental agreement through the beginning of May 2024 and paid our rent faithfully and on time. ******* came to us in the beginning of April 2024 and told us that the rental unit is up for sale and that we are free of the contract and can move at any time.
