Extremely hurt by the way Paul treated me and my client. The fact that he thinks it’s okay to yell at a 23 year old woman over the phone is ridiculous and uncalled for. Do NOT waste time applying for anything, you won’t hear back unless you contact them and when you do you will get yelled at for interrupting his lease signing! Absolutely uncalled for in the professional setting. He lied over the phone multiple times about getting back in touch with me and again would be extremely rude when I would contact him the next day! Do not hire Paul to manage your rental property. He constantly spent my money on costly repairs and even replaced appliances without ever consulting me first. He was incredibly rude and irritated by the most basic requests. For months after we ceased working together, my account showed a $200 balance. I repeatedly called his office requesting reimbursement or an explanation. He never responded until I posted this review.
