Habitat Health PACE program is outstanding. My dad was just sitting in front of the TV at home. Now they pick him up, feed him meals, do physical therapy if he feels like it and he had a great time doing kareoke! Every single employee is patient, kind and loving. They even have a clinic and doctors onsite. Go for a tour, it’s simply fabulous.

Program makes alot of mistakes meds done incorrectly. The food is always cold. The staff are wonderful but the clinic is terrible. Need better and more knowledgeable doctors. They never follow up on tests just mail you the results. Kaiser policy and doctors are not helpful or friendly. Do not recommend kaiser habitat pace program needs to think of the clients not the money they make. Clients should always be first. Very disappointing program.

I just completed my 2nd week and I am so incredibly grateful that the social worker recommended this amazing program! The staff is very caring and friendly, and the physical therapy department is an absolute blessing! We are very well supervised when we do any physical activity which gives me the confidence to try. The coaches are some of the best I have ever worked with and we have so much fun in class. There is laughter and conversation all the time! camile brown spoke with this person helping out with a situation. then had the never to put me on hold for over 5 minutes. called back and was being very rude and disrespectful. when someone returns a call and then mid call u put them on hold for over 5 minutes expect the same service going back to you. there is a reason you guys have a 3.3 review rating. and it reflects this call i had
