Such a cool big store ..it was so organized and the employees were on it .
This has to be a scam. They are not operating to generate revenue (money for homeless) they seem to be operating to max salary for directors and officers. I thought I was shopping at Round Top. (Thats texas if ya dont know, ya know now. Yeah I know prices and this place is over priced 2nd hand stuff no one wants)
Just had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life here today. The man at the front desk spoke to my mother in a way that made me never want to come back. For a place where the spirit is one of giving, I could not be more disappointed. Completely in shock that this is acceptable service behavior here.
The two guys that helped me load the range hood in my truck were super helpful and amazing!
