I feel if the items are being donated why are the prices so high I am trying to fix things around my home and am on a fix income these prices are out of my reach to be able to afford.them

I’ve been in love with the restore for a while now, and it’s even better at the new location. It’s rare that I don’t find everything I need, and at a fraction of the cost elsewhere. Everyone is helpful and friendly to boot!

Our home burned down in January and I visited this store several times.I found beautiful cabinet pulls for over 50% less than what my husband was going to pay...same ones..saved hundreds of dollars! The staff even held them for me when I had to make the drive back for 25 more! Thanks again, they look awesome everywhere!
I just took my 5 star rating from 5 yrs ago off. For the past 2 yrs I have gone a dozen times and haven’t bought anything other than OSB. The prices are outrageous. I understand you are raising money to build houses. What about the regular guy trying to improve their home, you do not get a deal there anymore. I have been shopping at this thrift store since it opened on Wyck street circa 2007. I have found many treasures for my old house here and love chatting with the very amiable staff & volunteers. Let me reiterate: I have found many, many deals here. There are those that will complain about prices, and I understand, but I have to remind myself that this business' sole purpose is to raise money to build and repair homes for those struggling to have a home. This place carries a bunch of junk, but turns away good donations without even seeing them. They have furniture sitting around with drawers missing, stains, scratches and other various defects but when offered a quality donation they turn it down saying they don't accept it, without even seeing it and they clearly do judging by their inventory.
Very rare deals since this new location. Guess they are trying to cover rent costs. Very high and rediculous given that items can be used/donated. Once again a company takes something great and does this.
