I worked for them for a few months. The staff is AMAZING!!! The items are unique and awesomely priced! 5 Stars!!!

Ive gone two times, once to the old building and once to the new. There isnt any difference in service you get and the store is just as disorganized. Plus the prices are honestly, hilariously high which woukdnt be a problem if everything wasnt just thrown around. I didnt have anyone ask if we needed help and I couldnt tell who even worked there to ask. Not going to go back, I'll try Washington County again where I have had decent service and great prices.
I have been to many many restores in many states but the Winchester Va think they are Neman Marcus the prices are crazy high. I still stop in sometimes to see if whoever prices this stuff has come to their senses.
Great things good condition. Appliances love it U never know what’s in there I love it staff very good I give it it a 10
Need to lower their prices for what they carry. Some stuff is nasty. Cat litter box that still had some litter in it and looked like it was dug out from under someone's porch. Prices are too high for the condition that stuff are in. Dirty furniture! REALLY! Screams bed bugs.
I love this store! It's a DIY paradise! I've installed 4 lights and used recycled cabinet doors for an appliance garage. Also, spray painted shelf brackets gold. I've saved so much!
Found an awesome living room chair for $71.
helpful staff always plesant. Great selection of merchendise at reasonable prices.
