I've never had a worse experience with a property management company. Worst decision of my life to rent from Habersham. I only wish I had seen these reviews.
HORRIBLE – I have been living at this property for 2 years now. Upon moving in, the apartment was not painted (paint chipping in kitchen and bathroom and silver nails still in the walls from the last tenant). Things are not fixed properly and there is NO WEEKEND/ EVENING MAINTENANCE. An example of things not being fixed properly is the previous tenant removed the sliding glass shower doors. They put a pole up and had folded pieces of cardboard on either side holding it up. I put in 2 maintenance requests to replace it with a... read more
Great location and bottom line prices – I am surprised to see the negative reviews. I have lived at multiple Habersham Properties and have had a great experience at all of them. Their properties are diamonds in the rough all throughout Atlanta. If you are looking for a unique/charming apartment they will definitley be able to help. I have lived at Peachtree Memorial, Ardmore Circle and Myrtle Grove. All of these properties have the original hardwood floors and a neighborhood feel. Habersham RUINED our great building - They are horrible – Do NOT rent from Habersham......they ruined the building I live in when they took over from the prior management company. Ever since Habersham took over the management of the building, everything has gone downhill. Maintenance, if you can get them, is a joke. The trash is constantly overflowing from the main compacter in the garage, a resident stepped up and replaced the light bulbs in the garage since over half of them were out, repeated requests to secure entrances ... read more
Habersham Properties is awful – I move at 12 -14 Peachtree Ave Buckhead Gardens apt in December 2010 this place have been a living nightmare for me I can not sleep at night. My car was key marks twice in 1 month. The residents put notes on my car saying I park in there parking space. I was sent a email by Michael Bleke that no one have assign parking space it was first come serve. I call police out several time. Please don rent from this company! – Habersham Properties is one of the worst companies to rent from. We have made several calls in reference to the Air Conditioning and have gotten NO RESULTS! We have suffered for 9 days without air conditioning and it is 96 degrees outside. We have file a complaint with the Atlanta Housing Code (404) 330-6190 Please do NOT rent from this company!
Habersham properties - do not rent from them or you will regret it! – If you are looking for an apartment in Atlanta, DO NOT rent from Habersham properties.
