Nice company. Did the roof cleaning. Did not follow through on communications. Did not come with formal invoice, offered cash discount and did not honor when cash was paid.

The customer was 100% satisfied with the work according to the phone call we just had checking in on this review. Her main concern was that she was disappointed she didn't receive the discount for cash. Her roof was a bigger roof that was estimated at $475. She said on the phone call she paid $450 something according to the bill I left for her father. We offered a small 5% discount last year when she had this job done. 5% off of $475 is $452.38.
