Did an online purchase from Missouri of an X7 and it was an 8 week process from putting down my deposit to finally receiving a check from the dealer to recover repairs. I was told by the sales person, Romee Khan, that the vehicle was "mint condition" and when it arrived it had MULTIPLE things going including dings, dents, mirror crack, dirty interior, and scratched up tires.
