Honestly the best food. The service has always been great! I recommend this place to everybody.
Love this place. Ask for the special hot sauces and get a tray with three - chipotle (maybe ghost pepper too), jalapeño, and habanero. The last is my favorite - liquid fire to make you sweat. Excess in moderation...

The food is always made fresh, AND the service is too! No matter how busy they are or what day of the week, the food and service are still excellent. Best service in Carthage! This place is easily the best restaurant in town.
