Liz gave me exactly what I wanted and I'm so happy with my new do!
Hair was shorter when I left, as advertised. Real wizards with the scissors, especially Kate.

I asked to have my hair cut past my shoulders, and to be able to put it in a pony tail. It is now somewhat above my shoulders, and incredibly difficult to get into a ponytail without chunks falling out. I tried to convince myself in shop that I liked it because it would grow out within a couple of months to the length I actually wanted it at. I told the stylist it looked good to be polite, but truthfully I absolutely hate it. It's over-priced and I feel like she didn't listen to me.
