In the past year I retired from the practice of law in Wichita, Kansas. I have had serious neck problems from degenerative spinal issues over the years. A couple of years ago I needed complex neck surgery. My orthopedic surgeon in Wichita performed this surgery but afterwards I could not keep my head up.
