Thanks for the introduction to Trigger fish yesterday when I stopped in to buy some fresh catch! It was amazing, my new favorite.. And thanks for the cooking hints and suggestions, your customer service is stellar.. I ended up serving it with a spicy fruit salsa.. Just wish I could post the beautiful picture :)
