Normally a great place, love the food,but after being told I would be seated In 25 minutes only to find out after 45 my name had been crossed off the list I left after an additional 10 minutes. What used to be one of my favorites I went to regularly will probably become somewhere I no longer patronize.
RecommendedPoor service at front of house! Girls that answer the phone or take to go orders and work the bar have NO people skills. They are difficult to communicate with and will downright refuse to be helpful when asked questions. The answers are different depending on who you’re asking. They will even hang up on you if you ask to speak to someone else/manager. That being said, we put up with it bc the sushi chefs are fantastic, every, single, time! Love love love coming to this place! We’ve celebrated birthdays, had work outings here and just one of our fave places!! Food and service is always good!! On this day in the photo we celebrated 3 August bdays !! Thanks for always taking great care of us HaNaBi staff!!

Food was good, not amazing but our service is what made our night. Sad to find out that the owner takes the money you tip your servers and bartenders!! So slide your server/ bartender some cash, they’re working hard enough as it is- they deserve it!
