If you have traveled and experienced really good Hibachi then stay away from this place. Nasty food that was over cooked and sauces that tasted like crap. Where is the yum yum sauce??? Will not be back and just wasted over $100.
Horrible service and completely over priced to see the same egg and flip acts seen else where. Management also approved our table to be given away after 2 minutes of waiting for us to get to the podium. Asst Manager had an attitude about it, wouldn't give me eye contact and never said sorry or apologized. Just quickly sat us at empty section to let us wait eternally! Extremely rude service! She should be fired! We will not be back!!!! Who wants to put down over $100 for their family for that kinda of service!
Amazing chefs and friendly staff in a nice clean environment.
The service has gone down hill quickly. Used to love it. My boyfriend and I would go once a week. Now we hate the thought of even going there because the service is so bad.
I really like their food, and usually get good costumer service, however, tonight we tried to call to order to go and we couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. My husband finally went there to order and waited for the food. When he got home, there was no rice. We tried to call them to let them know and of course there was no answer. So my husband had to drive back there and wait for them to cook our rice.
