I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The body shop got the work done quickly and efficiently, and the results are absolutely beautiful—honestly some of the best craftsmanship I’ve ever seen. The communication throughout the whole process was amazing, and they kept me updated every step of the way. I highly recommend them over any shop in Snohomish County — they truly go above and beyond! Unbelievable customer service and work done by their crew! I had damage to my bumper that required them to ultimately repaint the bumper. They matched the paint perfectly with the rest of my car and even washed my car after they were done. Quote was very reasonable compared to others I received. Highly recommend this shop for any body work!
I couldn’t be happier with the service I received! I brought my vehicle in with some deep scratches that I thought would be impossible to fully remove. I brought in my 2019 Civic Si (my baby); I've also spent 10 years working in automotive... These gentleman are AWESOME! The parts were Genuine Honda, the work is high-quality, the staff is kind and respectful! I dropped off my car an hour before they closed and told them they could have it for the next couple of business days if needed. As a woman, I’m always nervous about being treated like an idiot when I go to auto shops. The folks at H&A were professional and helpful. They were transparent with their pricing, never tried to upsell me, and even made a few extra minor fixes on my car free of charge. It’s been almost a year since I took my car in and there have been no issues with the repair they did. I really can’t recommend this shop enough!
