Ha always has done a fantastic job! They have done many, many wedding dresses and bridesmaid dresses of people I know and everyone only had great things to say! They've done bridesmaid dresses for me and I couldn't have been happier with the results! I definitely recommend Ha Alterations.
I brought a bridesmaids dress in to be altered and had the absolute worst customer service experience. The dress was not ready when promised - they hadn't even started working on it yet. When I said I couldn't come back in an hour they handed me the dress back and said they couldn't help me. After a very tense exchange, I ended up coming back the next morning, but the owner was extremely rude and acted like it was my fault they didn't have the dress ready when promised. This woman is an AMAZING seamstress! Her customer service is THE best!! I am so happy we chose this gal to alter my daughter's wedding dress. Third best decision...After choosing the groom and dress!! :) HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
