We are new to the Nebraska area, and were fortunate to have found a home built by H3 Custom Homes. Dan & his team go above and beyond to ensure that their product is top notch, and my wife and I could not be happier. Love our H3 custom home!! Dan and Teresa have been so responsive to all of our questions even a year later. Dan was always here fixing up anything minor throughout our first year in our home. H3 built our current home. We are happy with the design as well as the quality of the workmanship. We had some additional work done and it was done very professionally as well. What we are happiest about was the responsiveness to our comments and concerns throughout the process. We would highly recommend this company as a home builder to anyone who is looking for a builder.
