Therapists were very strong at addressing causes and not just symptoms, providing instruction in the moment that helped create understanding and fostered at home work to addressed what ailed me (but, now, no longer does :)
I’m so grateful for the opportunity to visit H2Orthopedic. The team is amazing. I was primarily working with Carissa van Mierlo and Cameron Sanford and I was beyond satisfied of the workouts and exercise programs they made for me. Thank you each one of you who helped me recover from my back pain, and Diane and Nikki for being flexible to schedule my sessions. I greatly recommend this place if you are in need of physical therapy.
They were great - they made visiting as enjoyable as one can make physical therapy - AND they laughed at my jokes, which I took as an indication of their being able to comprehend my problems. Carissa was the lucky therapist whose schedule I was typically on.
