All the therapists are very good here, but I am particularly impressed with Erika Johnson. She is very knowledgeable about the parts of the body, my shoulder, and the proper therapy for my rotator cuff tear. I highly recommend her and hope to see her again! 5 star review
My spine surgeon referred me here for PT due to a very severe degenerative disc disease which causes a lot of pain, numbness, balance issues and lack of flexibility. I went there twice weekly for 3 months. I had several different therapists—-each one having different treatment methods—and each one of those helped me IMMENSELY! I just finished my pre-op Physical Therapy for my left knee with H2Orthopedic. H2Orthopedic is the best Physical Therapy Facility I’ve been to in comparison to the previous 2 places I went and I’m so glad I found this place on the list provided to me by my Surgeon. The Therapist in this facility stays with you the whole time to guide you with the correct way of executing the exercises. I have known the founder, Larry Lindley, of H2Orthopedic for over 20 years. Let me tell you he is one of the best in the business, and by far the best in SoCal that you can find (not to mention the rest of the staff who are all wonderful!). At the first visit, just to see the facility, I noticed the comeraderie of all the staff members. In the 4 years or so I have been going, whether for Pilates or PT or a massage, that has been a constant. I was first attracted to them, needing PT for my knees, because they have the only dedicated pool in town available for their patients. That was a big plus for me.
