My spine surgeon referred me here for PT due to a very severe degenerative disc disease which causes a lot of pain, numbness, balance issues and lack of flexibility. I just finished my pre-op Physical Therapy for my left knee with H2Orthopedic. H2Orthopedic is the best Physical Therapy Facility I’ve been to in comparison to the previous 2 places I went and I’m so glad I found this place on the list provided to me by my Surgeon. I have known the founder, Larry Lindley, of H2Orthopedic for over 20 years. Let me tell you he is one of the best in the business, and by far the best in SoCal that you can find (not to mention the rest of the staff who are all wonderful!). At the first visit, just to see the facility, I noticed the comeraderie of all the staff members. In the 4 years or so I have been going, whether for Pilates or PT or a massage, that has been a constant. I was first attracted to them, needing PT for my knees, because they have the only dedicated pool in town available for their patients. That was a big plus for me. I waited to write this review to see if my time at H2O was not in vain. My treatment was for Arthritis in my shoulder. I had a consultation visit with Wyatt, and then future visits with him. Over the weeks i started noticing a slight improvement in my shoulder. Wyatt made my visits fun and exercises intense. It is now many weeks after my visits ended and i can definitely say that my Arthritis shoulder feels much better than when i started.
