Prices were not as advertised... – I went in for a haircut and a demi-permanent hair color. It took about 30 minutes for the color and then the hair stylist took a couple of inches off my hair. I was charged $100. I was a little surprised, but I paid it thinking their prices must have gone up. Later, after talking with some friends who thought that sounded really high, I called back to ask them how much they usually charge. They said $70. I also left a tip. Feel ripped off – I had my hair color touched up at H2O recently. I asked in advance of the making the appt. for the fee. I was told $55. After the service was performed, I went to pay and was told $70. I should have questioned the charge right then but was embarrassed and just paid it. I did not want to be in a confrontational situation or appear cheap. I thought about it over the weekend and called the salon to talk to the manager or the owner. AN AWESOME SPA WITH AN AWESOME ATTITUDE – I just returned from H20 and had the best experience. My husband gave me "The Experience" Package for my birthday and it was the most relaxing day ive had in a while. The staff went above and beyond to meet my every need and was a pleasure spending my day with them. Ive been to several Spa's in Lexington, but H2O has become my favorite so far as the services were TO DIE FOR! Im going to try to talk my husband into another package for Christmas ;)
