DO NOT LET THE OWNER GO ANYWHERE NEAR YOU WITH SCISSORS. Went in to get a simple cut. Had long straight hair more or less all one length and just wanted bangs. Got an appointment with the owner, and while I enjoyed him personally, the cut was absolutely terrible. He "trimmed" the bottom of my hair just to "clean it up." It was the most bizarre uneven trim. The first time I went to H2O Salon was on my 18th birthday. I emailed them over their website explaining that I was looking for an appointment to get my hair ombre'd. They gave me a call the next day to set up my appointment. The atmosphere at the salon was different from any other salon I have been to.
