Update: 3 days after posting my review on Google, one of the owners reached out. They said that they had reviewed the transcripts of what happened and were very disappointed with how my inquiry was handled. The agent who I spoke with is no longer at the company and I was told the transcript reaffirmed their decision. They said customer service is very important to them and wanted to make it right. I would not recommend this company’s products based on my experience. I purchased the TRI PRO Multi-Sport with Playlist+ headphones in May 2023. Just over a year later, in October 2024, the headphones stopped working—they would not charge or turn on. I reached out to customer support, and their initial response was to ask if I had left the headset on the charger.
