I tried to book on their website where it advertised $307/night "including all fees." when i selected that rate the total had a series of line item fees and added up to $355+. i called the hotel reservations and they said maybe the room rate offer had been booked up. That seemed pretty ridiculous, but I tried booking again to book again with the same results. Reservations suggested i call the hotel directly. I did and was told i needed to speak with reservations. On principal, i took my business elsewhere.
The friendliest hotel staff I’ve ever encountered. Ellie at the front desk made the check in and stay even better. Also, as I was checking in, I mentioned to the staff I accidentally left my dog’s bed in the car, and they said not to worry as they have beds and bowls, and when I got to the room, both were already there. We stayed at H2hotel in Healdsburg for four nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. The food was excellent, and our room was cozy with a lovely view. We especially enjoyed the relaxing backyard area and the overall charm of the hotel. The town itself is beautiful, with plenty to explore just a short walk away. Highly recommend for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Healdsburg!
Not worth the price. $500+ for a poor check in, no valet. Room has mechanical issues.
