Friendly staff, great location and the rooms were clean.
Great value for the price! The rooms were spacious and clean. The valet parking was convenient. The hotel was super walkable to lots of restaurants. There was no concierge at this hotel but there was on we were able to utilize at a sister property two blocks away.
This hotel is fine overall, but there were quite a few issues that made the stay less enjoyable than it could have been. The good: The room was clean, and the bed was reasonably comfortable. Some of the staff were friendly and helpful. I appreciated the filtered water stations throughout the hotel and the refillable glass bottles provided in the room. THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM OPERATION. I booked this hotel and was charged up front. I canceled well within the hotel's cancellation policy and was promised a refund. I never received the refund and though I have called more than a half dozen times, I am only given a runaround where I am constantly bounced between the hotel's lobby and their "reservations" department. They have promised several times to have someone call me back but it never happens. This hotel is a complete scam. BEWARE!!!
I have stayed at the H2 many times. I have enjoyed it.The staff is usually very friendly especially in the dining room. Great location, rooms are spotless, not fancy but minimalistic in the right way. I've noticed a change the last couple of times I've stayed. One, they took away there lovely snacks- the nuts, the chips and the cookies that they have offered to guests for years. They also occasionally left a bottle of wine in the room.
