The friendliest hotel staff I’ve ever encountered. Ellie at the front desk made the check in and stay even better. Also, as I was checking in, I mentioned to the staff I accidentally left my dog’s bed in the car, and they said not to worry as they have beds and bowls, and when I got to the room, both were already there. We stayed at H2hotel in Healdsburg for four nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. The food was excellent, and our room was cozy with a lovely view. We especially enjoyed the relaxing backyard area and the overall charm of the hotel. The town itself is beautiful, with plenty to explore just a short walk away. Highly recommend for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Healdsburg!
Not worth the price. $500+ for a poor check in, no valet. Room has mechanical issues.
A nice building and location truly wasted by an incompetent staff headed by a lazy general manager. We received a gift voucher for one night's stay that we decided to turn into two nights. When booking, my wife phoned the hotel to check about applying the voucher and was told 'no problem, we will apply it when you check out'. They then rejected the voucher when we checked out as apparently we had booked through a third party, something that neither the voucher itself, nor the staff member on the phone had alerted us to.
