I have stayed at the H2 many times. I have enjoyed it.The staff is usually very friendly especially in the dining room. Great location, rooms are spotless, not fancy but minimalistic in the right way. I've noticed a change the last couple of times I've stayed. One, they took away there lovely snacks- the nuts, the chips and the cookies that they have offered to guests for years. They also occasionally left a bottle of wine in the room. Stayed for one night. No receptionist or valet service when arrived. Was told by serving staff at Spoon Bar someone will be with me soon. Service was very slow. It seems the hotel staff serve two hotels. For the price, I did not expect to wait such a long time to get checked in. Staff, when they arrived, were polite and helpful.
