Unprofessional workers. Did not wipe my vehicle down right. And they STOLE change from out of my cup holder. Wth! Never going back.
Do you have people actually *living* in the parking lot now? It's 10:00, and there are at least two *VERY LOUD* obnoxious guys in your parking lot with a gold Ford Taurus, arguing, yelling, cursing, annoying the neighbors (of which I am one)... I'm pretty used to having to clean up the garbage from all your floormats, but I could do without all the drunken rants at night. You don't have to go home, but you can't stay here!
I was quoted 45m for a wash and it took them 2hrs. A maserati pulled up after I had been waiting for over 45m and they finished his car in less than 30m. I got a refund but I'm never coming back!
I went there today to have my Corvette Z-06 washed. I had a cup full of change. When I got my car back 3/3 of the coins were stolen. Tales to the manager and was informed this isn't the first incident They refunded my money and replaced the money. They can't be trusted!
Can't say enough good about this team at H2O! They did a great job on my SUV that had dog hair everywhere and nose smudges on the windows. It's like new again! Thanks for the recommendation and taking care of my car Zach! Go. Today. Get that new car feeling again!
I have given them 3 chances in the last 3 years.... They have failed every time. Just a lousy job.
I've been coming here for months now and each visit gets worse. The 1st guy said a different price than my previous receipts show and said that price was in effect since 2012. After I showed my receipts he said I got lucky this whole time. I asked the cashier and she said the price increase happened a few weeks ago. I gave them a fair chance to earn my business, but I'd recommend using a gas station car wash...it will not only save you money, but will do a better job.
