Had a fabulous early dinner tonite!! LOVE the chili rellenos!!!
Had dinner here tonight. Angel Fire has needed a place like this to compete with Elements (at the Country Club). My chicken molė was excellent and my wife's coconut cod was superb. Highly recommended by both of us. For really superb food served with creativity and flair this is the place to try when you're in town.

Probably the best Beef Wellington I have ever tasted! Lets face it, it isn't easy to cook one, let alone to make one well done without burning the pastry...you knocked my socks off tonight! Also worth a mention was the simply delectable espresso creme brulé...amazing meal all around!
