H2 Health & Wellness is a wonderful place to come for physical therapy and also pilates lessons. I have been going there for many years and have always been given outstanding health advice and help with several surgeries I have had during that time. I have been taking Pilates from Allyson for at least 8-9 years and she knows all the issues I have and can immediately spot when I am doing something incorrectly. She fills the hour session with different exercises each time and is super encouraging and challenges the group. I know my strength at my age would not be what it is if I had not been taking classes from her each week. She is kind and very knowledgeable. She is top notch!! 100+ stars!
H2 Health & Wellness … they listen and help address the issue. Try don’t try to sell a membership they just offer their service to help each person. My lower back has been feeling so much better thanks to H2. This is how service should be done.
