Very friendly staff and they kept me updated about the vehicle. Even though I had not purchased it yet. This alone was great incentive to do business with them.

Best customer service I see
I call the Dealer and a guy answered the phone, "Hello?" I had to ask if I had called the right number. Then when I inquired about an accident the car had on Carfax in 2012, the guy had no knowledge of it. No knowledge of it? Didn't it occur to them a Customer might so some basic research on a car before they buy? It would have been very impressive if the Dealer had researched and reassured me about the accident instead of saying "I know as much as you do about it.". Seriously? Sam, our sales person was courteous, helpful, and answered all our questions. For never having gone through a used car dealer before it was a very painless experience and the crew at H1 were great to work with. I would definitely recommend H1 for anyone looking for a used car!
