I made my appointment for a tooth extraction on Monday and was seen on Tuesday. The procedure was quick and painless. Everyone from the receptionist to the dental surgeon was extremely gracious and helpful. This is my new dentist and I already made my appointment for the next visit. I am very pleased!
Literally the best dentist clinic I have been through. No one was covering my insurance but they did and the staff and the doctor is so friendly and helpful. Looking forward to getting my root canal and crowned finished here.
During my routine exam and cleaning, a "very tiny" beginning of a cavity was detected. "You don't have to have it filled right away if you don't want to," the dentist assured me, adding that sooner or later that would have to be done. I said I'd make an appointment, then asked "could you do it now since I'm here?" The answer was "yes," and it was accomplished, as always, in an efficient and professional manner. Also important was my sense of being treated as a person at every step, not just someone in the "patient category."
Dr. W. confirmed my guess that I had a loose filling. He repaired it and I was on my way.
The people I met were very friendly and informative. They really wanted me to understand the situation to make an educated decision.
