I would give this Company a zero if it were possible. I just watched my Son and Daughter In Law loose their $3,000 deposit over items that weren't listed on their move out responsibilities. Brett stated that he wasn't aware the company, All Seasons Maintenance, would charge so much to correct basic wear and tear items, and the few items there were to complete.
