Had a very bad experience with Dr Morrell and DR Chen a general surgeon at LDS Hospital. I called the number that Dr Morrell called me from after surgery and got DR Chen instead of my surgeon. He was very rude and defensive towards me when confronted about the mistake made by my surgeon, As to DR Morrell I was not listened to. I specifically asked for a mesh hernia repair due to my lifestyle. I was told later on by my wife that he didn’t even use mesh like asked and agreed on before surgery. Very professional staff.
I can’t recommend Avenues Specialty Clinic enough. From start to finish, the experience was unlike anything I've ever experienced at previous clinics. The women at the front desk definitely set the tone for my visit. They were kind, informative, and incredibly helpful. One staff member, Kathy (I think that was her name), stood out in particular. Worst experience I have ever had , gaslit and treated terribly by Katie Nicols , run don't walk away from this place.
Beautiful location, great building. Every practitioner and practice is different. If you want to know about a specific doctor, Google that doctor's name. Your results with your practitioner will vary.
