Worst experience I have ever had , gaslit and treated terribly by Katie Nicols , run don't walk away from this place.
Beautiful location, great building. Every practitioner and practice is different. If you want to know about a specific doctor, Google that doctor's name. Your results with your practitioner will vary.
So far the doctors I’ve seen there are good however, the staff especially the receptionists are terrible and don’t know seem to know what they are doing. They have you on hold for 10+ mins. Trying to get ahold of the office manager is also a joke so why bother having one. When trying to make an appointment with another doctor to see how if she would be a better fit no one seemed to know how to do that and if it was possibly which is wild. My experience with Katie Nichols has been awful, between being gaslit about my diagnosis , talk down to , spoken to in a condescending manner and finally calling her out on typing actual incorrect and information created and placed on my medical chart ,completely out of her own imagination ( food insecurity while at the same saying I am obese ) has led to more suffering by me , she failed to recognize or even consider that my cancer diagnosis could be causing my symptoms , she actually denied that it had anything to do with ... read more
Amazing visit with Katie Nicholls. As someone who moved to UT recently and who does not like doctors I was not looking forward to this visit. However, from the moment I walked in I was assisted with great care and kindness. Katie listened to me, provided great care and ensured I felt good about my body. Can’t say enough positive things and looking forward to going back for my follow up shortly.
