Not exactly the kind of place you hope to become a repeat customer of, but every time I’ve needed them, they’ve come through. The first time I called them from HBPD jail, they were the only company who answered the phone late at night. Professional and reliable, especially Josh who has come through for me several times.

I paid this company the first $1,000 of my $2,000 premium exactly as agreed. The remaining $1,000 was supposed to be paid by card, and the agent confirmed multiple times that I could pay through a Square link. I attempted to pay several times, but the link he provided consistently returned an error. Throughout the process, the agent repeatedly asked for my exact physical location, even after I made it clear that this information was not related to my bond conditions and was not required under our agreement.
