Was a horrible experience. The so-called stylist had no idea what to do. The other lady was talking to her in their own language to help her. Told I use protein treatment so my hair will be mix of curly and straight, she didn’t know what to do. She washed my hair and then went straight to use the straightener, when I asked she said that she want to test of she can work with my hair. I left and they charged me 15$ for washing

Hope they can course-correct. I came here recently and when I was first being seated for the haircut, I had to ask the stylist to sweep out the previous client’s hair from the seat. Not a huge deal, I figured, as the occasional oversight happens. But as the haircut progressed, I noticed that the cylinder of blue barbicide on the counter in front of the seat had no tools in it. I asked for two inches off my 7in hair, I was left with 2in. Before it got too far, I tried to correct it and they continued the whole head that way.

Jack did an awesome job and gave me the best haircut that even exceeds my most optimistic expectation. It is really hard to find good places in the US that understands Asian hairstyles, and this is one of them. If you like Korean style haircuts or just want a good haircut, do not miss this place! 这里的韩式女生发型剪得特别好，大概提了一下模糊的要求（Layer，八字侧刘海修饰）理发师Jack就完全Get到，下手又快又准行云流水，审美很好，塑造的发型轻盈且有层次感。很少在美国理完发不是丑哭而是喜出望外，超级推荐！
