My hair is extremely gummy. I told the stylist that I had two rounds of bleaching and had previously box dyed my hair. She left the bleach in for two hours and attended to other clients. Pulled at my hair even when I mentioned tender spots. Extremely disappointed because I was upfront about my dying and bleaching timelines and just wanted to be lighter without severely damaging my hair. Great quality and affordable. I’ve been going here for years to get my hair cut and I’m always satisfied. Julie has great attention to detail and everyone I see walking out looks fabulous.
We have been really happy with Julie and Tina. Julie has done a great job, cutting our sons hair and has been really good at perms for him.
Terrible experience here. DO NOT go here if you have curly hair. Completely ruined my long hair by cutting off much more than asked for. No sense of how to deal with longer hair - extremely disappointing for an establishment that refers to itself as a "salon"... Seriously, do not be fooled by the cheaper prices: you are paying for cheaper quality.
