I just got a bad haircut by Tina O. I should’ve known better when the only clients were kids and dudes. I said I wanted layers with the bottom straight across. She took that to mean that I wanted a blunt straight cut and framing of my face, which is a totally different word (layers vs framing). Horrible haircut. Showed her a photo of long hair and she said she got it but immediately cut the back short ruining my hair. Had good haircuts before with different stylists. Reading reviews others have had same experience so need to fire that stylist.
