I attended the gun show in Phoenix last weekend and chose to purchase an LC9Pro from the Grayhawk Enterprises booth. I paid for the gun and came back the next day to pick it up but the background check had yet to clear so they offered to refund my purchase. I elected the refund and was told they had processed it. Untrue. They called me two days later and said that they placed a credit on someone else's account and not mine and I would not be getting a refund for the gun they never gave me.
