Dr. Sooki Hon is one of the most caring, knowledgeable and responsive doctors that you could ever hope to find. I have recommended her to many friends and will continue to do so.
Dr Hon was fine, but the follow up is ridiculous. I was sent to have an MRI and it has been over a week and nothing has been resolved. The office says that they haven't received it, the lab says that they have sent it. No follow up from Dr Hon or any of her staff. My portal access says it is "inactivated"? I don't know what that means. I can't get anyone to return my calls.
I went to see doctor Hon today at st Joseph & she’s a very nice friendly doctor.She asked my concerns and we joked a little bit before I went to see my bone & marrow doctor another owesome doctor morris .
First time in a long time I ever went back a few min before my actual appt. time. Dr Hon was very knowledgeable and nice.
