We have purchased our softener salt from these people for years.We have had them deliver it,the driver was always promt and friendly and clean.Most generally though i purchase the salt in store,the office staff is coutious and friendly.They are helpful loading and their prises are competitive

Not very impressed. They were quick to respond the first time, did NOT fix my softener, charged me anyhow and while the office was easy to reach, the "technician" was not. Quite dissatisfied with the service. Will attempt to find another service or salesperson.

My husband and I started using H & S Softener Service back in the 90s when he broke his leg. The prices are competitive with buying the Softener Salt at the store. I recently compared them to ACE Hardware Prices. They were the same. They come out when called, other times they call me when they are to be in my neighborhood they lug the 80 pound bags down stairs, fill my softener and take away the empty bags. They do a great job.
