We are deeply disappointed with our experience with Heather Ryan Studio. Our company was contracted to deliver two nightstands from the East Coast to Arizona. We successfully completed the delivery, ensuring every detail was documented with photos at both pickup and drop-off locations. Despite fulfilling our part of the agreement, Heather Ryan Studio has refused to pay for our services. To make matters worse, they have now blocked our phone number, making it impossible to resolve this issue and ignore our emails for 2+ weeks... read more
We have been working with Heather for nearly five years. She is an exceptional designer who really listens to her clients, provides options, delivers on time, does not get offended when you change directions or when you don't like something and perhaps most importantly she is both fun and funny.
