I've been waiting for 21/2 months for replacement glasses.(under their "warranty") Been checking every couple of weeks and each time was told that there was a delay but they are still on back order due to some problem with there supplier. Called today to check on them and was told my the "manager" that they were never ordered and that there was no warranty. This is crazy poor business.
Total shit show. Staff is nice but doc spends like 5 mins on slides. Have to wait 3 weeks on glasses which is ridiculous. Got my prescription wrong on my glasses and contacts. Tried to play it off by saying my pregnancy hormones and baby are messing with my eyesite. No, doc is rude as hell. Had to go get a total refund because I couldn't see. Ended up going to lenscrafters, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.
