Very poor customer service. I ordered glasses and was told ten to twelve weeks, well finally 7 months later I was able to finally get my glasses. Every time I called no one knew anything and only after I called repeatedly to someone did I finally get my get my glasses. Don't waste your time on this business.
Worst customer service I've ever had. Never got a call my glasses were in until I called them. Then I went months later to pickup & they lost them. Offered nothing but my money back. Wouldn't do anything to rush my glasses in & the next day got a phone call that they found my glasses!! Disorganized & rude!
Like the other reviews here, I first must say that in no way do we blame the front office staff for our complaint against Rubin Vision. They are very professional and RV is very lucky to have them as the face of their organization. Kelly, the GM was so kind and understanding about our issue....my husband ordered his glasses in mid January 2017 and it is now March 20th and we STILL do not have them even though we've been told on three separate occasions that they would be ready the next day. If I could give them a zero I would. The most unprofessional, uncaring business I have ever dealt with. I will never in my life visit this business again. I was in rage after spending 363.00 for two pair of glasses to wait 8 weeks when I was told it will take 6 weeks and then to be given random cases for the expensive glasses is ridiculous. Not one call about the delay, had to call the GM myself after being told by the supervisor at the store, she could not do anything about not getting the glasses on time.
