The entire staff at H Rubin Vision Center is exceptionally friendly and skilled. Everyone was welcoming and professional. The office runs like a well-oiled machine. What stood out the most, though, was how personable everyone was. They didn't just rush me through the appointment; they took the time to have a genuine conversation and make me feel valued as a person, not just another patient. Every one is very nice and friendly to talk to.
The process was awesome. From the time we walked in until we left it was pleasant and the staff was awesome. The smiles and helping my children pick out their glasses was great. The eye doctor and the staff were welcoming. I will be back for future eye appointments.
Extremely pleased with the customer service at H. RUBIN VISION CENTER! I had a problem with my glasses and my warranty and they were kind enough to walk me through it and help me out. I am so grateful! Very happy with the staff (Heather) at H RUBIN VISION CENTER.
