I would give a 0 if the system allows. The doctor has absolutely zero patience and the checkup took less than 1 minute. Verbally insulted the patient. Not respecting the patients and not respecting his own profession. So avoid at all cost. The front desk lady was great though.
I don’t know what’s up with all those people writing horrendous reviews, but I have had a great experience going to Dr Liao. I was referred to him from SunnyBrook hospital in regards of my glaucoma (I’m only 21yo). He took his time to listen about my issue and medical history, it seemed like he genuinely cared. This doctor does NOT answer phone calls and I cannot reschedule appointments. Please avoid at all cost.
Great guy. Had to go in a few times to monitor an eye infection, and he showed that he really cared.
I had cataract laser done in September and am so pleased with the result. Dr Liao is very professional and has great mannerism. This was my first experience and he was very reassuring and calming. Thank you again. He knows what he is doing.
