My husband used the guys at H & R. After he passed I needed a place to take my truck so I went there as well. The guys are always great when you go in, answers all my questions and always willing to educate me on things I need to know. I have been going there since 2011 and have never had a bad experience. If there is something they don't do they will refer me to someone who does good quality work. Family owed business and treat their customers like family. I always recommend people to them.

I came by for a second opinion after my dealership suggested a new tire. H&R checked my tire and even educated me about run flat tires. My tire didn’t even need a patch! This happened several months ago and it’s holding air. H&R didn’t charge me for this service, but they saved me over $300. That’s why my next set of tires are coming from H&R!!

H & R Tire & Auto is a great place to have your vehicle worked on. A coworker of mine recommended this place back in 2016 when I first moved to Fayetteville and needed a tire repaired. Now this is the only place I come whenever I have an issue with my vehicle. Earlier this year I came in for a simple oil change that lasted a little longer than expected (they were really busy). Had my truck tires balanced and rotated. Specifically asked for lug nuts to be torqued after a problem with another vehicle when the lug nuts were over tightened requiring a cheater to remove them. They did not torque ( I watched) them and when I checked the torque there was 40 ft lbs difference on same wheel. Had to use cheater again on two nuts and others were barely tight. Could be a big problem on aluminum wheels. Very disappointed!
