These are Fine people running a local family owned business. Do not hesitate to use H&R tire. There are 3 generations of this family taking care of the tire and auto repair needs of fayetteville for something like 40 years now!
I have been using H&R Tire for everything from farm equipment tire repair, to purchasing tires for cars and now my 20 year old daughters Are buying tires from H&R 100% trustworthy
Had them fix a tire for me. The patch, which they claimed was the best way to go, did not hold. I was still having issues with my tire and I contacted them and they said to bring it back in and they would fix it. I was told sometimes the patches have issues. I understood so I brought it back in and then they ended up charging my card for it. When I contacted the person in charge they said they would refund it. I have yet to see the refund! very disappointed...
I have had many experiences and transactions with H & R and from Harold down to his grandson and their entire staff have always gone the extra step to help
1000% do not recommend. This company ILLEGALLY sold my vehicle to a salvage yard without any notice or warning or anything. I did not have any unpaid balance, I was in good standing to my knowledge and they decided they needed the lot space without proper consent, they did not follow the legal process in obtaining the rights to my vehicle as it is currently mortgaged. Great work! I was pretty much running on nothing, and reached out to H&R to get some quotes. They had the best prices around & great customer service. Dropped my car off at 8:20ish & it was ready by 12:30. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Before & afters attached.
