A payment was taken from my account 5 days before it was due which I did not authorize and when I tried calling them I was sent to voicemail
Bought a unit. Locked it just so the lock didn’t get taken. Lost the key that night. Texted that I had lost it. No reply. Finally called after a couple months of paying for something I wasn’t using as I really needed it. Refused to even set a date to resolve the issue because I was a day late on my payment. I used H&R for a few months while I was moving. They have good security there and I felt confident that my belongings would be secure. The owners are great people and I would definitely use H&R again!
